Refund Policy

At Safety Trenz LLC, we strive to provide high-quality CPR training and instructional resources. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have established the following refund policy for our courses and services:



 

1. In-Person CPR Training (Including New Mothers CPR Training)

 

- **Cancellations 48 Hours or More Before Class:**  

  Full refund or free rescheduling to another available class date.

- **Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before Class:**  

  50% refund or option to reschedule for a $15 administrative fee.

- **No-Shows:**  

  No refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.

 

2. Online CPR Certification

 

- **Refunds:**  

  Refunds are available only if you have not accessed any course materials or completed any portion of the online certification. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

- **No Refunds After Course Access:**  

  Once you have accessed the online course materials, refunds are not available.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, course date, and reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days of approval.

 

4. Changes & Cancellations by Safety Trenz LLC

 

If a class is canceled or rescheduled by Safety Trenz LLC, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another available session at no additional cost.

 

5. Policy Updates

 

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
